Check in from 3pm to 10pm. After-hours check-in is requested prior to arrival with an additional cost of $100 to be paid upon arrival.

Between 7:am and 3pm we receive and store your luggage until the check-in time arrives at 3pm. We also have a luggage storage service after check out between 3pm and 8pm.

Yes, cleaning services once a day for the entire house are included in the quote. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request and additional payment.

To make a stay reservation, you pay 100% of the price of your quote, no advance payments or partial payments are received. 

We do not make date changes or refunds. 

The titular guest who pays for the reservation must be present at the stay as responsible for it.  

After payment, we ask you to check again for the availability of your dates.

Yes, the house has high-capacity dedicated internet exclusively for its guests. Also access to YouTube Premium, NETFLIX and an application with new movies, live soccer, channels from many countries and others

An additional charge of 5% to the total price of the stay for “tourist taxes” is applied, non-optional, as well as a daily cleaning fee of $50.   • PERSONAL CHEF IN HAUTE CUISINE: We recommend 3 options for PERSONAL CHEF IN HAUTE CUISINE. They buy the ingredients, carefully prepare them at home, and personally serve the special dishes for you. They have a basic menu and also create personalized dishes. 
  • MASSOTHERAPY: Relaxing or muscle massages with aromatherapy facing the sea on the property. Duration one hour.
  •  YOGA: Yoga session facing the sea in the house for the number of guests you wish. Duration 50 minutes, Reserve 5 days prior to check in.

Yes, a $200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for damages, refundable at check-out.

  • You can reach the second access by VEHICLE, there is a parking space and in front is the beach.
  • The beach is flat and stone-free all year round.

In the house you will find a first aid kit located in the ALMA room or you can request it from the Concierge.

FIRST KIT AND MEDICAL CARE. In the house we have a first aid kit and basic medications, as well as threads and needles for emergency clothing repairs. A lifeguard is available on the beach on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 5pm. It is important to know that one minute from the exit of the main gate of the residential complex, there is a “Public Health Unit” specifically next to the Taquillo bridge, the hours of operation are from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday , outside these hours, as well as Saturdays and Sundays, you will have to go to the Health Unit located in Puerto de La Libertad
