Check in 3pm and Check out 1pm. 

Between 7:am and 3pm we receive and store your luggage until the check-in time arrives at 3pm. We also have a luggage storage service after check out between 3pm and 8pm.

Yes, cleaning services once a day for the entire house are included in the quote. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request and additional payment.

To make a stay reservation, you pay 100% of the price of your quote, no advance payments or partial payments are received. 

We do not make date changes or refunds. 

The titular guest who pays for the reservation must be present at the stay as responsible for it.  

After payment, we ask you to check again for the availability of your dates.

Yes, the house has high-capacity dedicated internet exclusively for its guests. Also access to YouTube Premium, NETFLIX and an application with new movies, live soccer, channels from many countries and others

An additional charge of 5% to the total price of the stay for “tourist taxes” is applied, non-optional, as well as a daily cleaning fee of $50.     You can add guests for an extra cost of $80 per guest per night. (Maximum 17 guests allowed inside the property, visitors are not allowed)
  • FOOD PREPARATION SERVICE. Our cook prepares and serves food at home. Hours from 8am to 7pm. (It does not include the ingredients, these must be delivered by the guest)
  • PERSONAL CHEF IN HAUTE CUISINE: We recommend 3 options for PERSONAL CHEF IN HAUTE CUISINE. They buy the ingredients, carefully prepare them at home, and personally serve the special dishes for you. They have a basic menu and also create personalized dishes. 
  • MASSOTHERAPY: Relaxing or muscle massages with aromatherapy facing the sea on the property. Duration one hour.
  •  YOGA: Yoga session facing the sea in the house for the number of guests you wish. Duration 50 minutes, Reserve 5 days prior to check in.
  • Upon approving the quotation, please provide a copy of your Passport or ID (both sides) for payment information.
  • Specify your preferred payment method: local or international bank transfer, payment link with debit/credit card (3.5% surcharge), or money transfer to El Salvador.

Yes, a $200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for damages, refundable at check-out.

  • Responsibility: The guest who pays for the reservation must be present during the stay and is responsible for it.
