HOUSE RULES
Please make sure your companions are also aware of the house rules:
1. We reserve the right of admission.
2. You will be staying with someone else, please take care of them and behave as a good guest and neighbor during your stay.
3. The guest who made the reservation must present themselves and remain responsible for the entire stay. If they do not show up, their companions will not be admitted.
4. All communication about the reservation will be exclusively with the guest who owns or is responsible for it.
5. The guest who owns and is responsible for the reservation must provide an image of their ID and a list of the full names of each guest who will accompany them at least one day before arrival.
6. No more guests than those indicated in the reservation are allowed to enter. The stays are exclusively for guests, no visits are allowed.
7. People who pay as guests are those over 3 years of age.
8. A $200 cash deposit is given at check-in to cover any damage or inconvenience caused. It is returned at check-out if there are no incidents.
9. Check-out is before 1pm. In case of a late check-out after that time, an additional $100 surcharge will be applied for late check-out. Check-out may not exceed one hour.
10. Services with an additional charge that you reserve during your stay must be paid in advance digitally or in cash at check-in. Once the service is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it since the staff reserves their time in advance and comes to the house to assist the guest.
11. Events, parties and pets are not allowed.
12. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot use or play with controls and electrical equipment.
13. Do not use furniture and beds with wet clothes.
14. Sand is not allowed in the house, you must first remove the sand in the external shower located in the parking lot of the property. Please note that it is not allowed to remove sand in the bathrooms of the rooms or other internal showers of the house, in the event of this happening an additional $200 will be charged for extra cleaning of the pipes.
15. Do not move furniture from where it is located.
16. Do not move the TV or touch its screens, use is only with the remote control.
17. To open the glass doors of the house, you must first raise the curtains.
18. The curtains in the main room are electric, ask the Concierge to raise and lower them.
19. Smoking and illegal toxic substances are not allowed in the house, nor is eating or drinking in the pool.
20. The burning of gunpowder is not allowed in or around the property, including on the beach.
21. You must always wear your sandals or non-slip shoes inside the property, to avoid accidents.
22. Avoid putting yourself at risk in areas where you can slip or fall. It is not allowed to climb on the wall of the endless pool, you can slip or fall.
23. Avoid swimming at the beach when the tide is high and near large stones. We recommend that you always swim in the center of the beach.
24. We are not responsible for injuries or damages, the costs for any incident are the sole responsibility of the guest.
25. The property of the house is inventoried, if by accident you cause any damage, report it immediately by text message via WhatsApp or call and we will immediately send you the amount of repair or replacement for payment. 26. The Concierge is the only one authorized to manipulate (turn on/off the water pump, pools and jacuzzi) please call him for assistance.
27. If you detect any equipment or object that does not work properly, please DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR IT, just report it to the concierge so that he can take the necessary actions.
28. We require a credit card or PayPal account as a form of guarantee to ensure coverage in case of any unforeseen problems during your stay. This could include damage to the property, missing items or any unpaid charges related to your rental. Rest assured that your payment method will only be charged in the event that such problems arise and we will always notify you before any charges are made.
29. The replacement prices for stains or damage to Towels is $25, Sheets $50 and Blankets is $100.
30. The 3 experiences included in the reservation can be scheduled on the dates you want for your stay. The hours scheduled for each one cannot be modified. There is a 20-minute wait for the experience to start. Failure to show up will result in the experience being suspended.
31. Check our refund or cancellation policies on our website, in the “MORE” section.
32. There are security surveillance cameras in the house focused on the perimeter walls and the main door. There are no cameras aimed at the inside of the house, in order to protect the privacy of our guests.
33. If you will have an external supplier of food or something similar, you must send in advance the name, contacts, service that will be provided, date and time, so that we can contact them and inform them of the house rules regarding external suppliers and they can confirm that they accept and are aware of them. We reserve the right to contact suppliers who do not approve our rules.
