PRICES PER NIGHT
FRIDAY or SATURDAY days are only rented for a minimum of 10 guests.
VACATION periods the minimum reservation is 12 guests per night. Reservation of stay and dates is made with full payment of the stay. TO BE ADDED: 5% tourist taxes and $50 daily for cleaning service are added to the price between 1 to 6 guests and $80 for 7 guests or more.
THE HOUSE IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: Stays are exclusive to guests. Extra guests (up to a maximum of 16 people on the property) $80 USD per guest per night. The number of guests includes children over 3 years of age. 3 HOUSE EXPERIENCES INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION: SUNSET TO THE ROCKS (5pm.)
We create the perfect setting for you to enjoy a wonderful sunset in front of the sea, from a rock cliff, you can also observe the geyser that forms between the waves of the sea and the stone, an experience that you will surely take with you as a special memory of our house.
CAMPFIRE IN FRONT OF THE SEA. (7:pm) We prepare a cozy bonfire and deliver MASHMELLOWS and CHICKS as complements, all in our exclusive beachfront bonfire room. GAME NIGHT (9pm) Sure that playing makes our soul happy, let’s prepare an area with games: “Giant Jenga”, “Giant Chinese Checker”, “Limbo”, “Beer Pong”, “Domino” and other board games. Maximum wait of 30 minutes to start each experience.
INTERNET AND ENTERTAINMENT APPS: The house has a high-capacity Dedicated internet exclusive for guests on the property. You will also have access to YouTube Premium, NETFLIX and an application with new movies, live soccer and channels from many countries and others.
